The newly renovated building Life in Prague is 90% leased
Three new leases have taken place in the Life_Building C office building in Brumlovka, Prague, which is almost 90% occupied. The new tenants are technology startup NFCtron Pay, fitness club Form Factory, and bistro operator 23 group. The building, which underwent a complete renovation in 2020, is owned by VIG Fund.
"The building has received BREEAM In Use certification with an Excellent rating with low energy consumption. Tenants will appreciate the charging stations for electric vehicles and the latest technological equipment on the premises," says VIG Fund manager Barbora Nosková. Currently, only two office spaces of 350 and 1400 sqm are available. Most of the companies located in the building are from the IT, technology, or financial sectors.
The technology startup NFCtron, which provides a payment system for concerts and festivals and is working on innovative payment products, will use over 2,000 sqm of space in the Life building. We will create places for community gatherings and active recreation. Our new offices will include a gym, a children's corner, a chill-out zone, and a podcast studio," says NFCtron founder Václav Jaroš.
"The concept of our fitness clubs has proven successful with the public, which is why we have opened five more branches in the last two years. The new club in the Life building will create a community space and offer opportunities for training. At the same time, the first project of the sustainable Green Fitness Club concept will be created," says Štefan Blahovec, Managing Director of Form Factory.
The company 23 group will operate a snack bar on the premises in front of the building, thus complementing the portfolio of services in the immediate vicinity, such as a bistro, drugstore, supermarket, canteen, or pharmacy. Other benefits of the building include a shared roof terrace with a fully equipped kitchen, a bike room with changing rooms and showers, two floors of underground garages, and storage space on the ground floor.
